A short (12 min.) video about the Conquistadors, mostly focusing on the conquest of the Aztec Empire. Interesting because it relates that Conquistador accounts of the Aztec's not only performing human sacrifice (of which I was aware) but also engaging in cannibalism (which was new to me) have been confirmed by recent archeological digs. DNA testing also confirmed that the sacrifices were primarily of slaves and/or prisoners of war taken from other non-Aztec peoples. Truly an evil empire.
