Julian Torres, 13, and his friends had been, according to them, simply throwing Play-Doh onto a street when, as Torres describes it, "one of my friends threw a piece in the road, and there was a car, like, coming on like really fast, and, like, it kind of like hit the Play-Doh." See, it was the driver's fault that he ran into the piece of Play-Doh thrown by the boys. "Torres had attempted to hide from the man when he saw the car turn around, but he caught up with him and lashed out at the youth." It does not appear that Torres was injured and no injuries are mentioned in the article.
