Diversity in Action: The Death of Andreas Probst

You probably have already seen lots of news stories about this incident. But if not, here is the background. On August 14, 2023, Andreas Probst, a white 65-year old retired police chief, was bicycling in northwest Las Vegas when he was intentionally run down by two laughing teens who had shot video of the incident. Per the article, the "video circulated widely on social media and drew outraged reactions, showing the driver ask 'ready?' and the passenger, who was filming, laughing as he replies 'yeah, hit his a**.'" Although the driver was apparently arrested later that day, it has only been in the last couple days that the murders' identities have been publicly released: and only then because they are going to be tried as adults.

    It was apparent from the video that the two were POC, and one sounded like he was black. This has now been confirmed: Jesus Ayala, 17, was the driver and Jzamir Keys, 16, filmed the whole thing from the passenger seat. Ayala, of course, is a very dark skinned Latino with a large tattoo on one cheek, while Keys is black with the short dreadlocks that always remind me of mops. 

    Ayala, figuring that he would only be subject to prosecution as a juvenile, bragged to police that he would be out within 30 days. 

    'You think this juvenile [expletive] is gonna do some [expletive]? I'll be out in 30 days, I'll bet you,' Ayala told Las Vegas cops.

    He added: 'It's just ah, [expletive] ah, hit-and-run — slap on the wrist', despite cops not mentioning the accident to him yet, according to KLAS. His comments were caught on police body cameras.

    Cops had only arrested him for a warrant and obstructing a peace officer but discovered the sick footage on his phone.

    They also found a second video of a Kia Soul driving into another cyclist, with the footage seemingly recorded by Ayala who appeared to be the passenger of the car.

    Alaya showed no remorse for the alleged killing after being taken into custody, and has now been charged with 18 counts, including murder.

The article also mentions that the duo have been tied "at least three hit-and-run incidents the same day. They believe the slaying of Probst, a former police chief in Bell, California, ended the spree." 

    True to the stereotypes, Alaya's mother "said that she 'doesn't know,' if her son - who was 17 at the time - can be forgiven for his alleged crimes." But Keys "mother told 8 News Now via text: 'My son's side of the story will be told - "the truth" - not the inaccuracies the media will try to portray.'" In other words, "he dindu nuttin".

    A rare case of white-on-black killings, the triple murder at a Dollar Tree in Jacksonville, FL, attracted the attention of the President of the United States, eager to angry up his black base [‘Silence is complicity’: President Biden denounces racist shooting at Florida dollar store, by Grethel Aguila, Miami Herald, August 27, 2023]. It was used by the Leftist New Republic as evidence of the “threat” of mass right-wing violence [Violence Is Coming? Sorry, It’s Already Here—and Getting Worse, by Brynn Tannehill, New Republic, August 31, 2023].

    But even including Jacksonville, there were only 4 (four) white-on-black homicides in August. In contrast, there were about 35 black-on-white killings (we fudge because a couple of the victims seem to be white Hispanics). As always, the Regime ignores this continuing carnage—in fact, it is probably exacerbating it: some of these killings appear to be random “Hate Crimes.”

    The toll of white women is especially high this month. As usual, most were in relationships, or adjacent to relationships, with black Significant Others. But at least one is a robbery victim.

    Unusually, here are also two cases of white victims involved with black women.

    We also note the death of another police officer, unnoticed by a Ruling Class eager to lynch a Michael Slager or Derek Chauvin.

Of course, this undercounts that actual number of black murders of white people. For instance, even though Andreas Probst was murdered in August, he wasn't included because the murderer was a juvenile and information was withheld from the public. So you can add a least one more murder to the list. 

    The article adds:

    FBI statistics reveal that more than 50 percent of homicides in the USA are committed by blacks, even though they only comprise about 13 percent of the country’s population [FBI: Crime in the U.S. 2019 • Tables • Table 43]. In 2021, for example, 51.3 percent of “Murder and nonnegligent manslaughter” incidents were attributed to black offenders.

    Overall, FBI data suggest blacks are over thirteen times more likely to kill whites than vice versa.

    American Renaissance Editor Jared Taylor, citing data based on 2021 FBI statistics assembled by anonymous researcher Datahazard, reports a black-male offender homicide rate of 64.4 per 100,000. The equivalent figure for white-male offenders is 3.5 per 100,000 [A Harsh New Light on Race and Murder, Amren.com, March 24, 2023].

    That is, the black-male offender homicide rate is 18.4 times higher than the white-male offender homicide rate.

    Relative to their share of the U.S. population (60%),white people were underrepresented among offenders in nonfatal violent crimes overall (52%) (table 8). They accounted for 45% of offenders involved in aggravated assaults and 31% of offenders involved in robbery. They were not underrepresented to a statistically significant degree among offenders involved in rape or sexual assault (56%) or simple assault (59%). 

 

    Black people were overrepresented among offenders in nonfatal violent crimes overall (29%) relative to their share of the U.S. population (13%). Half of all offenders involved in robbery (51%), a third involved in aggravated assault (34%), and more than a fifth involved in simple assault (23%) and rape or sexual assault (22%) were black. 

 

    Hispanic offenders were involved in serious nonfatal violent crimes (16%) nearly proportionate to their representation in the U.S. population (18%). Hispanics were underrepresented to a statistically significant degree among offenders involved in simple

assault (13%). 

 

    Among other racial groups, Asians (6% of the U.S. population) were consistently underrepresented among violent offenders, except for their involvement in rape or sexual assault (5%). Between 1% and 2% of offenders involved in robbery, aggravated assault, or

simple assault were Asian.
