If the Ice Caps Melted...

I think this ties into my "modern ruins" theme. While I don't expect the polar ice caps to melt anytime soon, the Daily Mail has an article with a set of photos showing maps of various cities if they were to do so. Below, for instance, is New York City if there was a 100 foot rise in sea levels.

Seattle-based Jeffrey Linn, who has a background in geography and urban planning, created a series of maps of major U.S. and Canadian cities based on what the places would look like if all of the glaciers in the world were to melt
