"Game Killing Fundamentals"

Terminal Ballistics Research has this article as part of their "Knowledge Base." Although intended for hunters, anyone interested in terminal ballistics may find it useful. After a bit on the history of projectiles, the article explores the topic of how a bullet kills, and how best to achieve a quick and humane kill of a game animal. Then the article shifts gears, examining actual wound cavities and discussing bullet geometry and appropriate kill zones for different game. It is somewhat of a long read, but worth it.
