Brief Update on Egypt

Protests continue in Egypt because Morsi, while backing off of some of his extraordinary powers, still insists on moving forward with the referendum on Egypt's new constitution. Meanwhile, Morsi has been strengthening the barriers around the Presidential Palace--i.e., building additional rings of concrete walls.
