School Shooting Leaves At Least 6 Dead

Only in America, according the liars on the left: "School shooting leaves at least six dead and many more injured after 16-year-old embarks in gun rampage in Philippines," with the article noting "[t]he incident follows two fatal gun incidents since June at schools in the Philippines, where school shootings were previously rare." At least 17 others were injured, according to the report. The article adds:

Last month, a student live-streamed himself shooting and killing another student in a classroom in Zamboanga in the country's south before taking ‌his own life.

In June, at least three students were killed and about 20 others injured in an attack at a public high school in Tacloban, where two classmates opened fire on campus.

The Philippines has relatively strict gun ownership regulations, including background checks and psychological evaluation requirements, although illegal firearms remain in circulation.

According to Wikipedia:

In order to possess a firearm in the Philippines, a person must be at a minimum age of 21 years and pass a background check to be issued a License To Own And Possess Firearms (LTOPF). They must also take a firearms training and safety course. Any history of mental illnesses or domestic violence within the individual or the family will cause an applicant to have their request rejected.
