VIDEO: "Did the Crips Take Over an LDS Church?"

A video about the recent mass shooting at a Salt Lake City LDS church building. If you remember, this was at a funeral. The media reports were self-censoring: they wouldn't say minorities were involved, but in a bit of defiance, some of the reports made it clear it was Tongan wards (congregations) that met in the building, and a couple early articles noted that the Salt Lake Police's gang unit had been involved in the investigation.

This video from the Christian Warrior channel has photographs and video which shows that the funeral was, in fact, attended by Tongans; but, not only that, there is a large number of men dressed in Crip gang colors and other evidence of Crip colors and gang paraphernalia.  He has a photo of one man, wearing a face mask, apparently speaking at the funeral while drinking a Corona beer -- in the church building!

He also states that there is information that this particular Crip set was using the church as place to meet.

As a member I have to ask "what is going on?" Where was the bishop in all of this? Why was he allowing alcohol into the building? Why was he allowing people wearing gang colors and paraphernalia into the building? How was this gang set able to use the building or ward to support the gang activities?

And more generally, why is this allowed--leading to a mass shooting--while law abiding members are not permitted to carry concealed firearms to defend themselves?

  1. I've hear that the meth dealers are a strong presence amongst the Salt Lake members. Just mostly inactive.
