 A couple articles on what the Democrats are planning:

• "Carville: The Only Way to Save Democracy Is to Rig the System So Much that Republicans Always Lose"--Hot Air.  David Strohm first lists some of the ways the Democrats have undermined the political process and the will of the people during the last several election cycles before mentioning Carville's comments that in order for the Democrats to continue to win, they must stack the Supreme Court, add two more blue states to the Union, which, of course, would increase the number of Democrat senators to 4, increase the number of representatives, and give Democrats additional electoral votes.
