Video: Found Survival Cache

The Realist sent me the link to this video. The author of the video had purchased the contents of a storage unit, in which he found electronic copies of photographs, including one with GPS coordinates. He took a metal detector to the site and uncovered a storage cache with 3 firearms (including what appears to be a Colt Python), $20,000 in $100 bills, and a variety of other survival items.

    1. That was the conclusion of most of the people that left comments on YouTube about the video. However, I also have a lot of faith in people doing seemingly stupid things. Like someone going out into rocky terrain and only after the fact realizing that there are too many rocks in the ground and give up on digging a deep hole. I couldn't see a brand name on the gun case, but there are some that are designed and built to be water-tight. I rewatched the video after reading your comment, and noticed that there was no perceptible lengthening of the shadows from when he started to record and when he was digging up the case, which strongly suggests to me that you are correct in your assessment.
