Article: Surveillance Footage of the Outside of Epstein's Cell Has Gone Missing

      Surveillance footage from the outside of Jeffrey Epstein’s cell during his first suicide attempt has gone missing, prosecutors revealed Wednesday.

      The New York Daily News, citing Assistant U.S. Attorney Jason Swergold, reports that the footage has not been able to be found by anyone.

      A spokesman for the Manhattan U.S. Attorney’s Office and Bruce Barket, an attorney for Nick Tartaglione, who shared a cell with Epstein, have confirmed that the footage was not preserved.

     Tartaglione’s attorneys filed a request for the footage to be retained two days after Epstein’s unsuccessful suicide attempt on July 23, according to Barket.
Update:  Whew! It was found after the judge ordered prosecutors to investigate how it disappeared.
