A variety of things that caught my attention:
- "Scenario Planning: Concealing Heavy Duty Body Armor And Sidearms" from Mason Dixon Tactical. Some ideas (photos included) of concealing body armor and load bearing vests.
- "Ground Fighting: Your Goal Is To Get Up Fast" (h/t Active Response Training).
- "Mystery 9mm machine pistol seized in Europe" at The Firearms Blog. Not just one, but several of them from the same unknown manufacturer, in different countries. Some people in Europe are apparently tired of the anti-gun laws, and deciding that if they are going to break the law, they might as well buy something good.
- "The US Economy Continues Its Collapse" by Paul Craig Roberts. It notes that our real unemployment rate (USA) is 23%. And, related, "Why Countries Wage Currency Wars." (both h/t Bayou Renaissance Man).
- From Weasel Zippers: "Ferguson Protesters Shut Down Highway 70 In Both Directions" and "Father Claims Son Arrested For Shooting At Police In #Ferguson Was ‘Unarmed’ Innocent, Facebook Tells A Different Story…" Tyrone Harris, described by family members as a good kid who would never shoot at police, has a Facebook page chock full of photographs of him with handguns (and not at a gun range), and bragging about shootings using handguns and encouraging drive by shootings.
- "What is a Cuckservative?" A conservative that tacitly accepts and welcomes liberal / progressive ideology.
- "One Historian’s Dystopian Vision Of Our Near Future" at Return of the Kings. A look at the writings of John Michael Greer.
- "Punch harder on abortion" by Dalrock. "This is the way of an adulterous woman: She eats and wipes her mouth and says, ‘I’ve done nothing wrong.’"–Proverbs 30:20.
- "Are we all ALIENS? Support grows for the panspermia theory that claims life on Earth may have arrived here from outer space," at The Daily Mail.
