The New Madrid Fault

A couple years ago, I wrote a post that included a description of the 1811/1812 New Madrid earthquakes in the Mississippi River Valley. The Survival Blog recently had a letter posted by a geologist discussing the dangers from another quake along the New Madrid Fault that is worth reading.
