Some more cultural enrichment news coming out of Europe:
- From this past Saturday: "Suspected Islamic extremist wanted after plowing van into Berlin LGBT festival, killing 1 and injuring 16"--New York Post. The suspect was subsequently identified as Abdul Ballout, a Lebanese migrant, who had previously tried to join the Islamic State group, and was on a suspended sentence for planning a dangerous . He was, of course, already known to police in Germany. After a manhunt for Ballout, he was shot and killed after charging at police with a knife.
- And this morning: "Crazed Paris terrorist cuts down 3 women, then screams, ‘Allah commanded me’"--New York Post. He was overpowered and stopped by civilians at the scene. Two of the women were seriously injured but expected to survive. The article does not say anything about the third woman, so presumably she had lesser injuries.
They gotta go home. And now people are recognizing that.
