GUNS Magazine: "The Great Deer Butchery Debacle"

 Brent Wheat tells a funny story about his first (and presumably, only) attempt to butcher his own deer. Probably should have stopped when he started punching holes in the ceiling of his garage to access a rafter from which to hang the deer.

  1. Lol :) Should've just watched some HuntPrimitive videos. He doesn't get the nice, proper cuts, but he gets it done fast and efficiently.

    1. Somewhere I have a book by Ragnar Benson that briefly mentioned this same issue as to cattle: he had a diagram of the cuts made by butchers on steers and the more efficient method he used in butchering.
