Stepping back from the 24-hour news cycle run by a hostile press, Victor Davis Hanson discusses the status of the war against Iran and the impact on the oil markets and China's ambitions for Taiwan. Essentially, it is good news for the U.S. in that Iran's military machine has largely been destroyed, oil markets are shifting to control by the U.S., and China has to be realizing that their hopes to invade Taiwan are becoming untenable. But it also appears that the NATO alliance may be circling the drain as key NATO members have refused even passive assistance. I suspect that the reason may be as much fear of the feral Muslims they have imported as their hatred of America generally and Trump in particular.
