Expensive space tourism. Bunch of meaningless "firsts" and now vacation pictures. What a waste of money. At least they didn't start a war with the moon.
ReplyDeletePerhaps this mission and this rocket was expensive space tourism, but eventually someone (SpaceX or China) will have a permanent settlement and be shipping back to Earth the Helium-3 that will be needed for fusion reactors. The issue will be whether the U.S.--or a U.S. company--is that someone.
