The Daily Mail reports on the "Shocking moment Philadelphia looters use crowbar and axes to ransack pharmacy - with cops begging for public's help identifying suspects in city where crime is spiraling out of control." The POC used a crowbar to break lock on the store's shutter, and then forcing their way through the door and stole $150,000 in medications. Fortunately there was footage of the robbery because there is otherwise little in identifying information in the article or released by police.
