I don't see anything indicating any connection between Space X and Space X Vision. Next Big Future has the video and some screen captures. You can also watch it on SpaceX Vision's post to Facebook and the group has a YouTube channel. If you go to the Facebook page, they also have an earlier images of the rendering that you can view and move around a bit. Anyway, an interesting concept.
