North Korea's Saber Rattling

Tensions ran high this weekend because of North Korea's recent bellicose actions, including deploying 50 submarines. The Chinese were so worried that they deployed additional troops (including a least a brigade of tanks and artillary) to China's border with North Korea. And South Korea and United States military leaders reviewed the joint defense plan for defending South Korea from an attack. However, news sources are now reporting that South Korea and North Korea have reached an agreement to de-escalate tensions.
