A bill in the Democrat-controlled California State Assembly that was introduced on February 16th, would force homeowners and renters to disclose information about firearms they own. Assembly member Mike Gipson, and State Senator Catherine Blakespear are the two leading California Democrat lawmakers pushing this legislation.
Section 2086 will be an addition to the Insurance Code pertaining to AB-3067.
The questions include information as to the number of firearms in the home, the method of storage, and how many firearms are stored in vehicles on the property. The questions include whether or not the firearms are in locked containers or not.

The lie is that firearms are the leading cause of death for children whereas the actual facts are that the leading cause of death for minors are auto accidents. The way that they bump up the statistics is to include 18 and 19 year-olds, which, of course, means that you have now entered the age bracket that includes black drug gang violence. Although not mentioned in the article, as I've pointed out before, the leftist liars also exaggerate the numbers by including suicides in their definition of "gun violence" although you will never hear anyone claim that overdosing on sleeping pills is "drug violence".

The author's gripe is that although we have known for days that the shooting was the result of an "interpersonal dispute" (i.e., gang violence) the media is still spinning the event aa a mass shooting, although the definitions of "mass shooting" and "mass killings" specifically exclude killings arising from other types of crimes. But perhaps that is the reason for the continued obfuscation over the nature of the dispute that led to the shooting and why the perpetrators are being charged as juveniles (where the proceedings are not open to the public).
- More: "Kansas City Chiefs parade shooting suspects are captured in heated exchange moments before gunfight killed one and injured 22 others - as teen is seen walking away clutching his bloody face"--Daily Mail.
- Making it easier for Leftists to kill Christians: "Senate Dems Push Bill That Could End Armed Security at Churches"--Breitbart. Discussing how the Preventing Private Military Act of 2024, sponsored by Senator Edward Markey (D-MA) and Senator Laphonza Butler (D-CA), would act to ban or cripple church security teams.
