I'd seen a couple news reports about this shooting, but this video gives more details than either of the news reports, plus analysis. The shooting--like another very early this year--was a gang shooting at a funeral for a Tongan held at an LDS Church. The police had been warned beforehand, and there was a police presence in the area, but the shooting happened anyway. It also serves as another lesson in "diversity is our strength".
