VIDEO: Sap, Blackjack and Slungshot
A video on the sap, blackjack and slungshot (sometimes referred to as a slingshot in old laws on concealed weapons).
I sometimes wonder if "slungshot" being switched to "slingshot" was just an example of overly aggressive copy-editing. Once could imagine some clueless clerk or secretary "fixing" a single letter typo. (Much like how modern judges can't be relied on to know the difference between a knife and a dagger; and like how most people still aren't aware of the difference between a gravity knife, switch-blade, and balisong.)
