Two Plans That Taste Great Together: The Cloward-Piven Strategy + Great Replacement

Two liberals bump into each other:

First: "Hey, you got your Great Replacement in my Cloward-Piven Strategy!"

Second: "No, you got your Cloward-Piven Strategy in my Great Replacement!"

Together after testing the results: "Mmmm... Two great ways to destroy American in one."

House Democrats are attempting to slip an amnesty for millions of illegal aliens into a year-end Department of Homeland Security (DHS) funding bill, Breitbart News has learned.

Reps. Sylvia Garcia (D-TX), Lou Correa (D-CA), and Yvette Clarke (D-NY) have filed an amendment to the $91.5 billion DHS funding bill that would see the American Dream and Promise Act become law.

The DREAM Act-style amnesty, which has repeatedly failed to pass the House and Senate in prior years, would give green cards and a path to naturalized American citizenship to about 4.4 million illegal aliens in the United States.

In some of his strongest words yet, Mayor Eric Adams says the influx of asylum seekers is not going away and will "destroy New York City."

The mayor's comments came during a town hall in which he offered an ominous assessment of the ongoing migrant crisis.

"I don't see an ending to this. This issue will destroy New York City, destroy New York City," Adams said Wednesday night. "Month after month I stood up and said this is gonna come to a neighborhood near you. Well, we're here. We're getting no support on this national crisis and we're receiving no support."

The next day, faith and community leaders delivered a show up support for the migrants on Staten Island, which has become a recent gathering point for boisterous opposition.

Adams projects the migrant crisis will create a $12 billion budget gap, with the city supporting 110,000 asylum seekers and counting.

Well, good. New Yorkers voted for Biden, they should suffer the consequences. Moreover, it is not like they are helpless before the onslaught. As the New York Post editorial board points out, instead of complaining about it, the mayor should offer up solutions. The board explains:

First, let’s lay the blame where it belongs: President Biden.

It’s his open border policies, and complete disregard for NYC, that have fueled this crisis.

Fellow Democrat Kathy Hochul has been no help, refusing to suffer any political backlash as governor for accepting migrants outside New York City.

It is your fellow Democrats, not Republican Texas Gov. Greg Abbott, who are behind this.

Abbott, whom you call a “madman,” bused a tiny fraction of the migrants here today, but guess what? This is where they all wanted to come anyway.

Why? Because you are beholden, not to a law or a court decision, but to an “agreement” struck with ultra-liberal groups decades ago that claims New York City has a “right to shelter.”

It is a “right” that exists nowhere else in the United States.

A “right” is a giant neon sign flashing “Come on in!” to the rest of the world.

A “right” that Does. Not. Exist.

At the town hall, Adams said: “One hundred ten thousand migrants we have to feed, clothe, house, educate the children, wash their laundry sheets, give them everything they need, health care.”

    Have to?

Biden isn’t providing it. Hochul isn’t. Nor are governors and mayors across the country.

The mayor likes to wax poetically about how we’re a nation of immigrants, quoting Emma Lazarus as he stares into the middle distance.

But those generations of migrants arrived with the hope of a better future in America, one that they knew would require struggle.

They lived in tiny apartments and scraped by, slowly building a better life for their children, and their children’s children.

That is the calculus of immigration.

That the endeavor is worth it despite the grind.

Having taxpayers give illegal migrants a hotel room, three meals a day and laundry — well, who wouldn’t come here?

Mayor Eric Adams (D-NYC) and the New York City Council announced a massive new project to house 1,000 border crossers inside an empty five-story office building on Long Island.

The building on Austell Place, close to a train yard near Queens, has been designated a “humanitarian response and relief center” and is the city’s 16th large-scale migrant housing center, according to Crain’s New York.

The interiors of the top four floors of the five-story building will be rebuilt for housing, while the bottom floor will be designated as a community gathering spot, sources say.

The city has taken over dozens of buildings, many of which were empty, others which were once for-profit hotels until the city contracted to take them over. Along with the 16 major housing facilities, the city has about 206 smaller facilities to deal with the flood of illegals.

But the shelters have cost the city untold millions of dollars in construction costs, too.

As Crain’s noted, many of these buildings needed heating, cooling, and water system upgrades or amendments to safety issues to accommodate the large numbers of illegals staying inside. In one case, an entire boiler room had to be rebuilt to provide an emergency egress up to building codes, new stormwater drains, and a new exterior entrance before the illegals were allowed to take up residence.

This just shows that Mayor Adams isn't about getting rid of the illegals as much as he just wants the rest of the country to pay New York to house them.

A Queens high school hit capacity Thursday morning, sending some students to a facility across the street as thousands of migrant students seemed to inundate classrooms — even as only two-thirds of students reportedly show up to class due to chronic absenteeism.

With 21,000 new migrant students enrolled in schools across the Big Apple and new data released by the Department of Education Wednesday showing 36% of students were chronically absent last year, the situation at Newcomers could only get worse if the no-show students start attending class.

While the data indicates the city school system was still reeling post-pandemic, even before the influx of migrants arrived, it also may mean schools could become even more crowded as the year progresses.

Newcomers High School in Long Island City felt the strain from the migrant crisis on day one of the academic year, with a line to get in that stretched around the block and some students forced to go to another building to make room.

The story adds: "While some of the students thronging the school were clearly seen wearing their migrant shelter IDs, it was unclear exactly how many of the kids at Newcomers on Thursday were asylum seekers, as the Department of Education does not keep such records because it does not track the immigration status of students."

On Friday’s broadcast of the Fox News Channel’s “Fox & Friends,” Rep. Jeff Van Drew (R-NJ) reacted to reported plans by the Biden administration to send migrants to Atlantic City International Airport in Egg Harbor Township, NJ by pointing out that the plan is to send migrants to a town of 50,000 people to help alleviate stress on New York City, a city with a population of 8.3 million people that chose to be a sanctuary city and noting the security risks of housing migrants at an airport that has both an FAA Technical Center and the 177th Fighter Wing of the New Jersey Air National Guard.

Van Drew said, “They can’t provide the resources. This is a town of 50,000 people. Atlantic County can’t do it. This town can’t do it. It should have never happened. Hopefully, it won’t happen. We’re going to fight this with every ounce of strength that we have. It is the wrong thing. When we said what was happening at the southern border was going to affect the entire United States of America, this is what happens. It’s not just — I want people that are listening out there [to understand], this is not just an Arizona problem or a Texas problem or a California problem. This is a United States of America problem, and now they want to come into our beautiful county, our beautiful South Jersey, and try to ruin that as well.”

Actually, it is a New York problem--it is just that RINOs like this would like to make it an American taxpayer problem by spreading it across the fruited plains. But as a popular Democrat politician liked to say, all politics is local. So you have to make the large cities hurt to get them to feel the pain so that they can use their political influence to change immigration policy.

In a shocking revelation, Todd Bensman, the Center’s Texas-based Senior National Security Fellow, has reported that the Biden regime is allocating a staggering $2,200 per month to illegal immigrant families (1 parent & 1 child) for the cost of living expenses. This comes at a time when the average American on Social Security receives just $1,400 per month and Maui survivors with only $700.

According to a video interview with an anonymous Border Patrol Agent, illegal immigrants are “double dipping” the system. One parent and one child receive $2,200 per month, and then a separate parent and child—often from the same family—receive another $2,200 per month. This amounts to a whopping $4,400 per month for some immigrant families, a figure that exceeds what many working Americans earn.

This information supports the claims made by the legal immigration group ‘ALIPAC.’

“The Biden-Harris administration is giving more money to illegal immigrant invaders, than to our own U.S. citizens” William Gheen, president of ALIPAC told KTRH, “Once a person understands that, then that person will always be on our side of the illegal immigration debate, which is very simple. Keep them all out, send them all home.”

It doesn’t stop at monthly checks. These illegal immigrants are also given housing, food, free medical services, and even a ticket to a destination of their choice within the United States, according to the Border Patrol Agent.

This is why we pay taxes, right? This is why we have a military to protect us from foreign invasion, right?

President Joe Biden’s Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has launched a nationwide workforce initiative that seeks to funnel millions of border crossers and illegal aliens into United States jobs — even as the labor force participation rate for Americans continues to decline.

On Wednesday, Biden’s DHS announced “a first-of-its-kind national campaign” to make millions of border crossers and illegal aliens, who have been released into the U.S. interior, aware that they are eligible for work permits to take American jobs.

* * *

Specifically, DHS officials said they are mostly connecting with border crossers and illegal aliens from Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua, Venezuela, and Ukraine who have been released into the U.S. interior to “remind them of their eligibility to apply for a work permit.”

That's true. The rich, GOP, Chamber of Commerce, and the agricultural lobby are supporting illegal immigration because they are supposed to drive down wages. If they aren't working or looking for work, though, they won't be driving down wages.

Border Patrol officials estimate approximately 590,000 migrants got away without being apprehended after illegally crossing the border. This estimate, described as “extremely conservative,” represents about a seven percent increase over the same period last year.

These must have been the one's that couldn't afford to rent a child.

My grandfather was the first generation of our family born in the United States. His parents came to this country from Norway and became farmers, which is what my grandpa did too until the day he died.

Grandpa was fiercely proud to be an American citizen. He once told me his father wouldn’t teach him Norwegian because “this family is American now.” Grandpa never forgot it.

I haven’t forgotten it either. When you come to this country, you join a family – the American family. And in America, we stick up for one another, believe in one another, fight for one another.

Unfortunately, our ruling elite has given up on all that. They’ve become globalists first and Americans second. If you want to see Exhibit A, look at Sen. Claire McCaskill, D-Mo., who I am running against in the November election.

While illegal immigrants pour across our southern border, bringing drugs and gangs and lower wages with them, McCaskill won’t vote to build the President Trump’s proposed border wall. She won’t vote to secure the border. And she lavishly praises the extremists in her party who want to abolish the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency.

That’s bad enough. But now she is sponsoring the most radical open-border bill ever introduced in Congress. Her bill was written by California liberal Democratic Sen. Diane Feinstein, and it would give a free pass to any illegal immigrant who brings a child to the border. With McCaskill’s approach, illegal immigrants who use children as human shields would win release into the interior of this country, no questions asked.

    That’s wrong. That’s lawless. That’s not Missouri.

He talks a good talk until near the end. Then he adds what we need to "[r]eplace [the visa lottery system and chain migration] with a skills-based immigration system that prioritizes the training and know-how we need to create new jobs in this country for our own people." In other words, we've got enough foreign low skilled workers to depress wages for that segment of the workforce, now we need to start working on depressing wages for highly skilled workers and white collar workers.

A federal appeals court on Thursday issued a temporary stay halting a previous judge’s order to remove a controversial buoy barrier in the Rio Grande, Politico reports.

The 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals’ ruling will allow the Lone Star state to keep the buoys in place until the court reaches a final determination.

Lawyers representing Texas on Thursday in “emergency” court filings argued that removing the barriers would cause irreparable harm.

They wrote: “The United States failed to defend Texas’s borders, leading to millions of individuals and hundreds of millions of fatal doses of fentanyl, often trafficked by transnational criminal cartels, illegally entering Texas and the US. Consequently, the State declared a border-security disaster and placed an approximately 1,000-foot- long buoy system in the Rio Grande to prevent people and drugs from being trafficked into the State, violating federal and Texas law. The buoys have nearly eliminated illegal crossings of people and drugs where they’ve been placed.”

I want to see something more like the wall that surrounded the colony city in Deathworld.

    1. Very true. I would also like the spring loader arm holsters sporting a 10mm pistol.
