Ammo Land an article indicating that the USDA's 2015 edition of
The Complete Guide To Home Canning is
available on Amazon: $12 for the paperback version or $4 for the Kindle version. You can also download it as
a PDF from the National Center for Home Food Preservation.
The official print version is available from Purdue University in a spiral bound version, but it is $20 plus shipping and handling.
