Lol :) Should've just watched some HuntPrimitive videos. He doesn't get the nice, proper cuts, but he gets it done fast and efficiently.
ReplyDeleteSomewhere I have a book by Ragnar Benson that briefly mentioned this same issue as to cattle: he had a diagram of the cuts made by butchers on steers and the more efficient method he used in butchering.
