Puerto Rico To Loosen Gun Laws

According to The Truth About Guns, Puerto Rico will have a new gun control regime take affect on January 1, 2020. Although it doesn't eliminate the requirement for a firearm license, the costs is slashed and it will be "shall issue." The license not only allows the purchase of firearms, but the carrying of firearms. The new law will also do away with the restriction against "scary-looking" weapons and magazines. Supposedly, per the article, Puerto Rico will recognize CCLs from other states.
