Ugh: "Florida man accidentally shoots and kills son-in-law who jumped out of the bushes to surprise him for his birthday"

Per the New York Post, Christoper Bergan, 37, flew in from Norway to surprise his father-in-law, Richard Dennis, 61, for his birthday. Bergan apparently started knocking on Dennis' back door about 11:30 pm and, when Dennis opened the door, jumped out of some bushes making a growling sound. Dennis shot Bergan once in the chest, killing him. I'm guessing that Dennis probably had his finger on the trigger of his weapon when he went out the door.
