This Should Be A Sign Of The Apocalypse: "Vampire bats in Brazil have started feeding on HUMANS for the first time"

According to the Daily Mail article, Vampire bats normally feed off the blood of birds rather than mammals because mammalian blood is thicker. However, researchers went to the Catimbau National Park in Brazil to study how the bats fared when there was a shortage of birds. Testing stool samples, they were surprised to find some had traces of human DNA, indicating that the bats had been feeding from humans. The concern is that the bats could spread diseases, including rabies, in the human population.
