Exploring practical methods for preparing for the end times, including analysis of end time scripture and prophecy, current events, prepping and self-defense.
I don't mean to come off as a party pooper but, isn't this a highly subjective matter and prone to influence by the times in which we exist. By that I mean, during the past two millennia there have been folks who have been bloody certain they were living in end times. And we now know they were wrong. Surely the folks in Europe during the Black Plague of the mid 14th century thought they were in end times. Even more recent examples from less than 100 years ago - WWI and the Spanish Flu pandemic followed closely by a Great Depression and a cataclysmic WWII which ended with an atomic bang. I'm sure that anyone unfortunate enough to have existed in war torn areas of Europe and the Soviet Union in those days - Jewish people especially - would have believed that they lived in End Times. I grew up in the 1970's and 80's under the ominous threat of getting nuked by the Soviet Union. Surely the specter of a nuclear exchange and subsequent nuclear winter qualifies as "End Times." I guess what I am trying to say is that every generation has its own perspective there's no real reason to believe that somehow we are special...we are the ones who will witness it. Perhaps some day decades or centiries dwn the road historians will be amused by how we in 2021 were certain End Times were upon us!
"centuries" I meant to say in the last sentence!
One of the signs of the Last Days was the foundation of a new state of Israel, something that even 100 years ago was thought to be figurative and not a literal sign. So I don't doubt that we are in the last days. But the video is not saying that we are on the cusp of the Second Coming, but warning that there is still a lot to happen and there may be many years between key events.
I was able to mostly finish the assembly of my modern scout rifle (MScR)--i.e., my AR 308--over the weekend and take it out to the dese...
