Townhall reports that Kenosha County Circuit Court Judge Bruce Schroeder, who is presiding over the Kyle Rittenhouse trial, has ruled that the prosecutor cannot refer to the men who attacked Rittenhouse as "victims," but has also ruled that the defense can describe those same men using terms such as "rioter," "looter," or "arsonist".

Too bad they won't be able to mention the crimes the rioters committed.
ReplyDeleteMaybe not as to those men (assuming that Rittenhouse would not have had knowledge of specific crimes the men committed), but I think the judge will allow testimony of what Rittenhouse witnessed, as well as the specific threats to which he was responding. For instance, the discharge of a firearm from across the street while the first man was chasing Rittenhouse.
